Lexus Takes Top Honors in Kelley Blue Book’s KBB.com 2013 5-Year Cost to Own Award for Luxury Brand

TORRANCE, Calif., Feb. 5, 2013 – Lexus earned top honors in the Luxury Brand category of Kelley Blue Book’s 2013 5-Year Cost to Own Awards.  Key models contributing to Lexus’ strong performance include the CT 200h, ES and IS models.  In addition to capturing the luxury brand award, the 2013 GS 350 sport sedan took top honors in the Luxury Car category.

All-New 2014 Lexus IS Sport Sedan Makes World Premiere at the North American International Auto Show

DETROIT (Jan. 15, 2013) – Lexus today unveiled the all-new 2014 IS sedan at the North American International Auto Show.  IS will be available in rear- and all-weather drive versions of the IS 250 and IS 350, a further evolution of F SPORT available across the entire model range, and for Europe, Japan, and select international markets, the IS 300h, the first IS to feature Lexus Hybrid Drive.

Lexus Releases First Official Photos of the Next Generation IS

TORRANCE, Calif. (Jan. 9, 2013) - The all-new Lexus IS compact sport sedan will make its world debut at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit on Jan. 15, 2013. TORRANCE, Calif. (Jan. 8, 2013) – Lexus today announced that it has partnered with iBiquity Digital Corporation, the developer of HD Radio™ Technology, to be the first automotive brand to offer subscription-free, real-time traffic and weather information on its integrated audio systems. The all-new Lexus IS sport sedan, which will debut at the North American International Auto Show on Jan. 15, will be the first Lexus vehicle to feature this technology when it arrives in dealerships this summer. (more)

Lexus Takes Top Honors for the Second Year in a Row in Kelley Blue Book’s KBB.com 2013 Best Resale Value Awards for Luxury Brand

TORRANCE, Calif., Nov. 26, 2012 – Lexus earned top honors in the Luxury Brand category of Kelley Blue Book’s 2013 Best Resale Value Awards. In addition to taking the luxury brand award for the second year in a row, four Lexus models won in their categories: the IS sport sedan in the Entry-Level Luxury Car category, the GS 350 sport sedan in the Luxury Car category, the RX 450h in the Hybrid SUV category and the LX 570 in the Luxury Full-Size SUV/Crossover category. The Lexus LX 570 was also in the Top 10 overall for 2013 Best Resale Value. This is the third time since the Best Resale Value: Luxury Brand award was initiated in 2009 that Lexus has won, having earned the honor for the 2010 and 2012 model years as well. (more)
